3. Service Offerings

CorpLawOne offers the following categories: corporate legal services, digital materials, and physical publications.

3.1 Corporate Legal Services

Includes advisory sessions, drafting of corporate agreements, compliance assistance, representation during corporate procedures, and other related tasks.

3.2 Digital Materials

Includes eGuides, template libraries, online modules, and subscription-based content.

3.3 Physical Publications

Includes printed manuals, reference guides, and resource booklets.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are specified in proposals or on the site. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due according to the invoice schedule. Accepted methods may include bank transaction or card.

5. Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Corporate Legal Services

Clients may request cancellation within 5 days of engagement. Approved cancellation leads to reimbursement of any prepayment, less the value of any hours or work already performed. Requests must be sent in writing. Once work has begun beyond initial consultation, certain packages may be non reimbursable. Such restrictions will be stated in the service outline.

5.2 Digital Materials

Clients have 7 days to review digital materials. If a request is made during this period, we will provide a full reimbursement. Access revocation will occur upon approval. After this period, no reimbursement is offered due to the nature of digital content.

5.3 Physical Publications

Clients may return unopened items within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the client. Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will issue reimbursement via the original method within 10 business days.

6. Transfer of Rights

Some corporate service agreements allow assignment to a third party with our prior written consent. Such transfers must be requested in writing. Digital materials and physical publications are non transferable.

7. Cancellation and Amendments

Requests for cancellation or changes to an agreed engagement must be submitted in writing at least 3 days before the scheduled start of service. Late requests may incur additional charges or may not be accepted.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts in Kuwait.
